What happens next?
You will receive your receipt and tickets from oxfordphotomarathon@buytickets.at - do not reply to this link, and the ticket itself does not say anything useful. If you don’t receive them though, check your spam.
Update: July 14
Everyone who bought a ticket before July should have received an instructions email from us with:
your competitor number,
a link for your image uploads,
a link to view your gallery, or to share it before it goes public
instructions.
If you have enrolled in July, you will receive this email within a few days of signing up. Allow us a little time for this, the process isn’t automated (yet) so we might not deal with things same day.
Keep your URL safe, but if you lose it, just drop us an email at info@oxfordphotomarathon.com and we’ll resend it, no worries. If you have any other questions, or just want to introduce yourself, please ask.
If you think you’ve not been sent an email, contact us. We have no way to know if you mistyped your email address on the ticket site!
Our image upload system and repositories are based on SmugMug - a professional platform designed for securely managing and sharing images on a large scale. When you click the link, SmugMug will require you to either create a free account or link your existing SmugMug account if you have one.
In the meantime, make sure you check our blog posts regularly, our FAQs for advice on taking part, and, please, read the rules (we’ve tried to keep them simple.)
